Maskarada (Masquerade)

Maskarada is a celebration that has survived, although at one point in time there was a threat that it would be lost. This celebration is celebrated on January 1. Traditionally, the Maskarada group goes first to the house of the governor, and there they visit houses in the neighborhood. There is a special Maskarada music, in which the harmonica (simfonia) and the drum on which both ends are drummed, or the tambor. The so-called maskanan, the members of the group, also bring some skectches, such as about bullfighting and fishing.
